Land

The Land is a property with clearly delineated boundaries and is an NFT of [Adoonga: Metacity] where you can install your buildings. You can purchase Land and construct buildings on it. Moreover, attracting tourists to your building allows you to mine Banana tokens.

Mining

Tourists stay in a building for a day, and their expenditures are as follows:

Banana token mined per tourist = 0.1 BNN/day

After a day’s stay, they move to another building to continue spending.

There is a fixed amount of total Banana tokens paid by each tourist every season, and users must compete and attract as many tourists as possible.

Region

A Land has a particular attribute called Region. Usually, tourists use up their resources within one Region. Because attracted tourists continue to influence a designated Region, forming a Regional Alliance is an efficient tactic that players can adopt in gameplay.

Regional development level and Infrastructure Level

Regional development level is determined by the sum of each region's building condition and infrastructure level. Higher onal development level can attract more tourists and earn grater profits.

The No.1 region selected according to the voting results of the Region Voting Pool can develop the region and raise the level of infrastructure. A certain percentage of $BNN is consumed from the Treasury to improve the infrastructure level, and the consumed $BNN is returned as revenue for the region in the next season.

Each season, one region with the lowest onal development level is designated as a Slum. As with the 1st place, you can level up your infrastructure. A certain percentage of $BNN is consumed from the Treasury to improve the infrastructure level, and the consumed $BNN is returned as revenue for the region in the next season. Also, you don’t have to pay income tax in slum area.

*If there are 2 or more places with the lowest onal development level, there is no slum for the season.

Building Construction

You can develop your building by adding additional stories and upgrading each floor. Floors with higher levels are more effective in drawing tourists, and those without characters deployed become inactive.

Types of floors are as follows:

  • Lobby – A facility that is built automatically on the ground floor at the start of the game

  • Restaurants – Spaces that serve food to tourists (ex: Home-style Japanese cuisine, French cafes, etc.)

  • Commercial Facilities – Spaces that sell products to tourists (ex: Toy stores, shoe shops, etc.)

  • Accommodation Facilities – Spaces that provide temporary stay for tourists (accommodation facilities are not named)

  • Entertainment Facilities – Spaces for tourists to enjoy (ex: VR experience center, survival game room, etc.)

  • Creative Facilities – Spaces that provide tourists with unique experiences (ex: art galleries, museums, etc.)

  • Academic Service Facilities – Spaces that provide education to tourists (ex: English academies, art academies, etc.)

If you choose a type of floor, a random facility within the type will be built. Also, the higher the floor, the longer the construction time.

Building Relocation

During the Sabbath, you can move your building to another Land and even sell it as an NFT.
